About
Men and women, singles and couples who would like to disconnect from technology and drop into nature for four days and three nights of intentional activity, relaxation and renewed focus on health and human connection. We will test both our physical and emotional comfort zones through challenging activities and group discussion/integration. We believe the right group always comes together to create a strong dynamic and safe container, so trust yourself when considering.

*Depending on how the group shakes out, we will offer men’s and women’s focused break-out sessions and varied yoga types to suit all types. There will be some sessions for the entire group, but we will tailor the experience to those called as best we can.
